NIGHTLFT Code of Conduct

NIGHTLFT and NIGHTLFT of the Dead are designed with fun, safety, and responsibility in mind. We want to represent the fitness and strength community in a positive way in our quest to support charity and growth the community together. We welcome all those who believe in our cause and can be respectful while doing so. We have a couple points that you must consent to if you would like to attend.
To attend you must provide one of the following:
(1) A document issued by a federal, state, county, or municipal government, or subdivision or agency thereof, including, but not limited to, a valid motor vehicle operator’s license, that contains the name, date of birth, description, and picture of the person.
(2) A valid passport issued by the United States or by a foreign government.
(3) A valid identification card issued to a member of the Armed Forces that includes a date of birth and a picture of the person. We do not accept any identification that is excessively worn or damaged, and we will not accept any document that appears to have been altered. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any document presented as proof of age at our discretion.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
Our dress code standard: we ask that you tastefully dress for the event. While this is a nightlife event, the proceeds are going directly to a charity. Please dress up with a club attire (semi-formal/cocktail party attire AKA dress jeans, button up shirts, polos, etc). No gym clothes (we understand the irony) or casual attire (shorts, sandals, etc).
We will enforce a behavior standard: fun, but respectful. This is a charity event, belligerence is not tolerated. Fighting will not be tolerated. Trolling of any kind is not permitted. If you are a disruption, you will be escorted out. We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy against people who do not share these ideas and beliefs. There will be no warnings and no second chances. If you violate NIGHTLFT's Code of Conduct you will be removed from the party and NOT allowed back in the future.
You agree to a code of attendee respect. The crowd will have fitness and strength icons, celebrities, and personalities along with top level athletes. We ask that you respect them and treat our guests with the same level of courtesy you would a family member. We ask that their privacy is respected and photographs are taken with permission. Obnoxious and unwelcomed advances or "Fanboying" is not allowed. This is not a meet and greet so please do not bring in items to be signed. We welcome new introductions, networking, and friendly hellos but please remember that these are normal people who are here to support the event and have fun as well. Treat them as an equal who deserves the same level of self-respect and privacy you have and enjoy the event.
Our drink policy is clear: under the age of 21, you may consume water, soda only and other non-alcoholic drinks free of charge. Alcoholic drinks will be served to attendees 21 years or older, free of charge, when invited to.
If 21 and over, the drinking of alcohol will be limited to the outside area which is not open to the public. This is a private area and in order to drink, your name must be added to a list. You may request to be put on the list if you have purchased a ticket to attend the strength exhibition event. Within 30 minutes of your request, you should be invited to the drinking area. Please respect the serving staff and manage your consumption. You will be turned down from drinks if you are highly intoxicated and a cab will be called for you.
There is a 100% no tolerance policy on drugs-they are an immediate cause for removal from the event. By attending this event, you consent to any search and seizure of illegal items (firearms, weapons, narcotics, etc). Confiscated items will not be returned.
By purchasing this ticket and/or attending this event, you consent to all of the above said code of conduct
We thank you for understanding and participating in our quest to make history with this event as well as keep it fun and safe for all those attending.
